PRODUCT QUESTIONS

1. What products do you offer?
   • Our product offerings include basketball uniforms, shooting shirts, breakaway pants, coaching shirts, practice basketball gear, parent jerseys, t-shirts, duffle bags, sling bags. All of our product offerings are completely customized and can be designed according to your creative vision.
     
     
2. What brands do you offer?
   • BBallUnited sells its own brand of uniforms. All of our uniforms are designed and sewn from scratch. This is how we are able to make all Visions come true. The only exception is our t-shirts which we use Hanes and Gildan t-shirts.
     
     
3. Do you offer screen print for your uniforms?
   • We only offer tackle twill (sewn on) application for our uniforms. Tackle twill is a higher quality application that lasts longer and is more durable.
     
     
4. Do you have uniform designs I can choose from?
   • Yes we do have a selection of predesigned uniforms you can choose from. However if you would like a custom design without having to come up with a design we will create a design for you for FREE. Cick here to view our predesign catalogue.
     
     
5. Are the select/club team uniforms made of the same fabric and quality of the school team uniforms?
   • YES! All of our products are made of the same quality and fabrics regardless of the price difference. Plese see the pricing section for the difference in select/club teams and school teams pricing.

DELIVERY QUESTIONS

1. What is your delivery (turnaround) time?
   • Turnaround time depends on the size of the order and what is being ordered. Average turn around time around time is about 3 to 4 weeks. For large orders of 40+ uniforms turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks.We can turn around uniforms as quick as a week and a half. If you have a specific turn around time need please contact us so we can work out a delivery date that meets your needs.

ORDERING QUESTIONS

1. How do I order?
   • To place an order please fill out our contact form and a representative will contact you or call 877-756-1484.
     
     
2. What methods of payment do you accept?
• We accept money orders, cashier checks, paypal, and credit cards.
  
  
3. What if I need to make changes to my order after it has been processed?
• Changes to an order that has already been confirmed by the customer are allowed if the order is not in production yet but subject to a $20 administrative fee.
  
  
4. Can I reorder a single uniform from an order that was already purchased?
   • Yes if you have already placed an order you can reorder any number of that same uniform.

SAMPLES

1. Do you offer uniform and shooting shirt samples?
   • Yes we do.We offer premade samples as well as custom samples as determined by your preference. Prices for the samples vary depending on the item being ordered. For premade samples ordered the sample purchase price is credited back to you when the merchandise is returned regardless if you order from us or not. The sample charge includes a return shipping label from UPS so there are no charges for returning the samples. For custom samples all sample orders are final and are not accepted back for reimbursment. However if you purchase a custom sample, full sample amount will be credited towards your final total uniform purchase amount.
     
     
2. Do you offer graphic design samples?
   • Yes graphic design illustrations are free of charge and are provided for every order to allow the customer to have a visual idea of what their uniforms will look like.
